Ground shipping to all of Canada and United States is included in the cost, expect Hawaii. We do offer expedited shipping to all customers, including Hawaii for a fee.

Because we fabricate all our orders specific to size, we require 8 weeks to fabricate Diamond Core and Ready-Set-Tile and 10-12 weeks for Corian plus the shipping time.

Shipping times vary with location. Average is between 3-10 business days.

Customers will receive a shipping tracking number once shipping is processed.

To give you an idea of weight, a 48″ x 36″ Diamond Core base is approximately 30 lbs and a Corian base of the same size would be approximately 70 lbs.

Yes. Our bases will be shipped with the drain and the measurements for the drain cut out are specified in the image shown.

Yes. All our bases will have a single flange on all sizes where walls are indicated.

If you have a manufacture defect, we can supply a repair kit or, if necessary, replace the shower base.
